Donut make a mistake, cook books are kind of a big dill. Ever since the word “foodie” was coined in the 80’s, we have been transforming chefs into celebrities the world over. More recently we have fetishized food (think food porn) and are just as interested in the people making the food, as we are in their cook books. If you want to publish grandma’s recipes or you enjoy yelling “this food is so frozen it just started singing Let it Go” then Write on!
